Crudites Platter with Trio of Dips
A few years ago, I became OBSESSED with crudités platters (I went a little mad on Pintrest gathering ideas) and I just knew it would be a recipe EVERYONE would love for the holiday season. So, this is what I came up with! This is the healthiest platter you can make, with fresh veggies, healthy dips - and it’s a real show stopper! If you showed up to an event with this one, I have no doubt it would be a crowd favourite!
Feel free to check out the dips section for the recipes and other inspirations! I’ve used a classic hummus, roasted capsicum and green goddess dip for this platter, but you can use any oil-free dip you wish!
This is definitely a party sized serving, but if you reduced the portions, you could also prepare this for a tasty meal for two! Enjoy making the healthiest, most filling platter you’ve ever had this holiday season!
