About Katie
Katie is a qualified personal trainer with over 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry. She is also a clinical nutritionist, naturopath, and hypnotherapist. Her health journey began in 2010 after years of struggling with chronic back pain, fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Through lengthy physiotherapy rehabilitation and consistent strength training, Katie found physical and mental relief of symptoms, and grew passionate to help others reclaim their health and vitality through movement.
After becoming a personal trainer in 2011, Katie opened her own bootcamp and functional training gym in 2013. However, she continued to face health challenges, including weight struggles, emotional eating, and undiagnosed health conditions, ultimately leading to closing her gym, and moving her personal training business to the commercial gym world.
In 2016, after a two year foray into body building, Katie consulted a naturopath for a twitching eye, and discovered underlying health issues including severe liver damage, immune dysfunction, fibroids & cysts, thyroid & adrenal depletion. Horrified by the news, and determined to fix it, Katie sought out natural healing solutions including nutrition, meditation, hypnosis, herbal medicine, aerial yoga, and continued working on strength & mobility.
This led her to pursue degrees in nutrition and naturopathy, and undertake formalised training in hypnotherapy, all the while healing herself, and working with personal training clients to do the same. Katie now enjoys bountiful energy, mental clarity, and strength she once thought impossible. Her mission is to share her experiences, and help others achieve lasting health and fitness through a holistic approach. She believes that, with the right support, knowledge, and commitment, anyone can transform their health and live the life of their dreams.

Personal Training
Katie takes a personalised approach to each client’s health & fitness journey in a one-on-one setting. After a comprehensive assessment, she works with clients to build a foundation of strength, focusing on posture, natural movement and mobility through weight lifting and resistance training. She also provides fascia and trigger point release to alleviate aches, pains and improve range of movement, whilst teaching clients how to do this independently.
