6 week training blocks
Each training block is 6 weeks in length, and will step you through movements designed to strengthen the body in all directions, improve posture, help you move better, and build lean muscle mass.
Strength Flow FOUNDATIONS: 2 full body gym-based days, 2 full body home-based days, 1 mobility day & optional conditioning is included each week.
Strength Flow BUILD: Gym based training including 2 lower body and 2 upper body days, 1 mobility day & optional conditioning is included each week.
Both programs step you through a progressive overload structure over the course of 6 weeks, and will have you WANTING to train. These programs strike the perfect balance between enough variety to keep you engaged & enjoy your workouts, and enough structure to get measurable results.
Programs & coaching are provided through the Train Heroic app.
Access to an experienced coach
With this program, you'll have access to a qualified personal trainer (Katie Henderson with 15 years experience) in the team chat. Katie’s specialties include strength training, spinal rehabilitation, mind-muscle connection, functional training, kettlebells & mobility.
Katie is also a qualified Clinical Nutritionist & Naturopath specialising in fat loss, energy, muscle building, chronic pain and tissue repair. Katie provides technique reviews, feedback, support and other exclusive resources in the team chat.
Technique Review & Resources
You will have the opportunity for weekly technique reviews with the coach in the chat, and access to exclusive content to deepen your understanding of the movements. You will receive helpful tips on how to improve your positioning or execution of the movements, and suggestions for progression/regression or movement adjustments to help you progress faster.
