“I competed in a 30 day challenge with Katie that challenged not only my workout schedule but the way I eat. For those 30 days I ate significantly more fruit, cut out alcohol, tried to cut almost all oil out of my diet and eat plant based. While it was challenging, the results were amazing. I felt the best I ever had whilst training. I was able to lift heavier and workout for longer without feeling ‘faint’ or becoming exhausted.

The habits I picked up during this challenge have now stuck by me. I continue to eat a lot of fruit and try to cut out any oil (including anything packaged with oil) where I can. I also began drinking over 4L a day which made a massive difference. I’m really happy with how the challenge changed me and excited to continue down this path.

I began with her to help with overall body composition working on strength to help with back and neck pain and some weight-loss. However about 6 months in to seeing her I fell pregnant and we transitioned into focussing on helping my body adapt to the changes it was going through.
