Cucumber Mule

I was inspired by the Nama Mocktail recipes for this one, but gave it my own twist! This refreshing, cleansing and spritzy drink is perfect for an afternoon catch up with friends or just to sip on when you’re at home, casually getting healthier by the minute!

You can omit the sparkling water (if you’re sensitive to it) and have the juice by itself if you wish! Delicious both ways! If you want to add more cucumber, it will be less sour and more refreshing. If you’re sensitive to sugar, then omit the coconut sugar and substitute with freshly juiced apples instead! Feel free to flow with quantities of the ingredients to suit your taste! If you want more of that true “ginger beer” taste, then load up on the ginger & apples!
