Not only will this leave you absolutely FULL, you’ll reap the benefits of high amounts of antioxidants, the alkalinising properties of the raw leafy greens, tomatoes and avocado…and the grounding, satisfying warmth of the veggies!
This is perfect for a quick throw together lunch, as you can make the sweet potato, cauliflower and cabbage in advance, and reheat to serve the next day.
