This recipe takes all of 5 minutes to prep, 30 minutes left cooking to its own devices, then a quick blitz up for a delicious, super nutritious, low-fat meal that everyone will love. Perfect for food prep, quick family dinners or even jazzed up with some freshly chopped parsley and cracked pepper as an entrée for a dinner party!
