When: Starts Wednesday 16th July @ 9:30am-10.15am (then weekly)

Cost: FREE trial | $20 per session ongoing

It’s slower, more intentional, and slightly heavier than a pump class — with rest between sets, mobility drills, stretching, fascia release & more.

PLUS I’ll show you how to structure your training to speed up results!
