Vegetable Gravy

This recipe will blow your mind! As far as low fat sauces and flavourings go, this has got to be one of my absolute FAVOURITES to date! This recipe was so good that Troy and I almost had an argument about who was going to get to finish it! Honestly, the texture and the flavour was unbelievable for a sauce that literally has almost NO fat! No oil, no creams, no nuts or seeds, just vegetables and seasonings.

I highly recommend serving this with some mashed potatoes, or even just steamed veggies. If you’re still eating meat, this would be a great substitute to make your meals a little lighter on the fat content and boost up the veggies! I almost think kids would enjoy this too, but maybe substitute the curry powder if they don’t really like it!
