Berry Immune Boost Smoothie
This is a staple of mine - when I have some delicious pears and need a solid breakfast - I will often go to this one! Full of nutrition, absolutely delicious! Perfect for a wild boost of energy, antioxidants, digestive goodness and flavour to boot! Enjoy as a meal or as a snack - but you’ll probably enjoy it so much you’ll want it meal sized! Feel free to mix up the greens too! It’s always good to cycle through your greens to get a variety of different nutrients across the course of the week/month!
